Over 12 years ago, I started bulldozing by chasing a dream – and it has been an amazing journey. I have been with the IUOE 115 for 10 years as a heavy equipment operator. I got into this industry by sheer determination, refusing to listen to NO; and succeeded because of my due diligence towards safety and education. This dedication to my career drives me to volunteer and help make a difference. For the past six years, I've served as a rank and file Executive Board Member and union auditor. I also serve on the governance committee for BCCWITT. This project is designed to benefit women at every stage of their careers, and I am very proud to have the opportunity to be part of it.
